29 April: ICAS Annual General Meeting 2022

Event summary

 

Join our first in-person Annual General Meeting since 2019 at CA House in Edinburgh to vote on business including approval of the 2021 Annual Report and Consolidated Financial Statements and to hear the announcement of the ICAS Office Bearers for 2022/23 and the results of the election of the Electoral Area and Open Seat members of Council.


A light sandwich lunch will be available from 1pm. Members are encouraged to vote by proxy in advance of the AGM either online or by post.

1. Address from the President


2. Address from the Chief Executive


3. Announce the AGM 2022 proxy voting results, and

(i) Receive and approve the Annual Report and Consolidated Financial Statements
(ii) Approve the appointment of Martin Gill, BDO LLP as ICAS Auditor


4. Receive a report from the Public Interest Members of Council


5. Announce the ICAS Office Bearers for 2022/2023


6. Announce the results of the election of the Electoral Area and Open Seat members of Council.
